We practice two 25 minute periods of Zen meditation (Zazen)
Tuesday morning 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Thursday morning at 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Monday evening 6 pm to 7pm
On Tuesdays, in addition to meditation we have either a discussion or Dharma Talk. Please see the calendar below for exact details.
Location:
The Town of Catskill is a 10 minute drive from the train station in Hudson NY, which is two hours from New York City by car or Amtrak. There is metered parking on Main Street in Catskill and there is a free public parking lot a block and a half away from our meditation space.
